county and pick people up at the presidio and into the city as they go down to oracle and google and adobe, and apple. all of these companies are running these buses to bring people that they want to hire and they want to retain down to their corporate headquarters in silicon valley. it's a tremendous change and i would postulate if you think about this for a moment, it's essentially like the suburban flight of the 1960's turned on its head. when you think back about what was going on in cities in suburbia in the 1950's, '60's and 70's, people didn't want to live in the cities and people wanted to go out to the suburbs for good school districts and a good quality of life. today that is turned on its head. people want to be in the cities. they want the activity. they want to be in the dynamic environment. what you saw in the suburban flight of the 1960's and 1970's was that after people moved out to the suburbs, so, too, did the companies move out to the suburbs. and i think what you are going to see is increasing pressure, if this is a battle between the employees and the employ

oracle customers some of the access to their mapping products, so we'll continue to watch that, and you know mapping has been such a big deal as apple has had such a hard time with the iphone 5. this is something interesting that nokia's doing along with oracle, and they've made some other deals with groupon and amazon. another thing with nokia, you can sees the higher today. the consulting and outsourcing group accenture has brought some internet protocol television assets from nokia, so this is something we'll continue to watch, and this will bolster the video capabilities of accenture, so two pieces of news featuring nokia, but as i noted, that is nearly an 8% gain for this mobile phone company. certainly a big move on a day where we do have a rally, which we've lost some of it, but a great move for nokia today. pack to you. ashley: thank you very much, nicole. let's go out to the cme and sandra. take it away. >> reporter: hey, ashley. well, some of your biggest movers on the cme today were in the energy sector. take a look at natural gas prices jumping 5 president on the session. we

, effective october 22nd. he helped to restructure a software company that sold itself to oracle too. that's the kind of activist cfo yahoo! needs. the fact that she picked him tells them they're going in the right direction. the plan we will hear more about when they report in two weeks, i think the stock can start marching higher. the reason is simple. the company can get aggressive about unlocking the pieces, and yahoo! has got a lot to unlock. last week goldman sachs came out with a terrific piece. i said i'm changing my mind. this is really good research where they added yahoo! to the buy list based on the sum of the parts analysis, some of the most rigorous analysis on yahoo!. let's go through the pieces. first, yahoo! owns a major stake in ali baba, like the ebay and paypal of china. the old management didn't know what to do with it. that changed back in may when mayer's predecessor interim ceo ross levinsohn worked out a deal to have ali baba buy back half of yahoo's position. this sale closed less than two weeks ago with yahoo! netting $4.2 billion in cash after taxes and fees. an
